Are STM32 HAL library in compliance to develope with in medicine applications?

Hi, i like to start developing a medicine related product. And i am not quit sure whether to use the STM32 HAL-library or to develope it with the provided LL-library? I am not really expirenced in developing for medicine applications and all it regulations. I have seen some notes on IEC 62304 and misra does HAL library tackle that as well. Can you give me some additional advices or links.

Some validation reports are available for the STM32Cube HAL & LL drivers. You need to get in contact with your FAE to get them as they are delivered only under NDA.
