Are there plans for CAN support in open bootloader?

As I have seen, an open bootloader middleware is offered for the STM32G4. An FDCAN implementation can be found here. Are there any plans to also offer a pure CAN implementation?

I am also interested in whether it is possible to program directly via CAN using the CubeProgrammer and the STLinkV3? In this case it would be conceivable for me to write a CAN implementation myself based on the open bootloader.

Best Ben!
