Based on the below schematic we are connecting the usb to STM32, but we are getting error (attached) in recognizing the USB when connected to Windows 10. Request you to please help with the drivers or the steps to be taken care of to use USB for flashing STM32

Hard to say, but from https://www.st.com/resource/en/application_note/cd00167594-stm32-microcontroller-system-memory-boot-mode-stmicroelectronics.pdf, the '103 only does UART bootloading. page 65.
