Can not Download any resources from ST micro (except datasheets)

I have tried every solution mentioned here. I have also contacted my friends and family members whom have tried to download this software and other libraries (CubeIDE, CubeMX, F1, F4, F7 and H7 Libraries). Same issues I need help urgently as I need to set software up as I have shifted to a new PC.

Should be several .ZIP files on your prior machine in the repository directory, you could manual install those.

Several reports of this in recent weeks, seen from Middle East, and Pakistan, state your location.

Thank you for the swift reply. I solved it by using a VPN and downloading from the Netherlands and my location is Bangladesh.
