Cellular connection: "atcmd AT+QIRC FAILED"

Hi, I tried to do the Cellular:Cellular_X-CUBE-CELLULAR_How_To Wiki. But when I send the  atcmd AT+QIRC to the modem. I get this error:

• AT+QIRC command FAIL(this was COPY PASTED)
• OR
• CMD : unknown command : AT+QIRC(this was self Typed-in)

I would appreciate the help.Thanks in advance.
