Distortion problem !

I am currently implementing a USB audio DAC .After porting the firmware I am getting some distortion .So what could be the possible reason?

Is it related to synchronization ? Or any other issue.​

    Could you please specify the environment used to implement USB audio DAC project (STM32 board, STM32Cube Firmware version, IDE, ...)

    Environment

    IDE - KEIL MDK ARM 5

    BOARD - STM32F401VC discovery board.

    Library - USB_Host_Device lib.
