Documents about CMSIS, HAL, ...

I am just a beginner with C, I set up a project with Keil MDK, the header files make me a little confused. I don't understand the meaning of "driver". The blinky project takes me a while but go nowhere.

Does STMicroelectronics public any documents about CMSIS, STM32Cube, HAL, Driver...

Try Google

Download CubeMX from ST and a package for your CPU. That brings several examples into your PC. Look in "repository" folder..
