Does STM32G0 can support USB 2.0 FS? I can't search which part can support!

Only support Type-C deliver...

    Nope.

    STM32CubeMX does a good job of listing the peripherals available to each family of chips.

    New G0 STM32 device with USB FS interface will be available in Q4 this year. If you need now both USB FS and USB PD you can check in STM32G4 and STM32L5 series
