Ethernet connection not detecting on stm32h743vit6.

I worked on ethernet in NUCLEO-H743ZI2 and it was working properly. But when I developed my own PCB and used the same ethernet circuit as nucleo board, ethernet connection is not even detected.

It worked after I pulled down the LED2 pin to gnd through 10k resistor.

Well, then this was a lie and a good lesson to read the datasheet.
