    Enable auto-negotiation on the STM32 and set your link to 10M on the computer. What happens? Does the STM32 correctly negotiate to 10M speed?

    @TDK If the enable auto-negation and speed 10M for STM32. It works. But If I change to disable auto negation, just working 100M

    You see what doesn't work. Debug it! Check the PHY extended status register address and speed/duplex bit definitions.

    But all that ST's bloatware is broken anyway...
