I can not find the " HAL manual M1785 User manual Description of STM32F0 HAL and low-layer driver"  pdf file in the dedicated webpage for this product, which is the following page:

to find this file I have to google it and the google gives me the link bellow to  download the file;

The document related to the STM32Cube package for F0 series can be found on the STM32Cubef0 page, not on the stm32f0-series page.

I think that's generally true of all the CubeXX packages: the documentation is on the Package page - not the family or individual chip pages ?

 

The Package page is linked from the family and individual chip pages.

Yes, I just took the F0 as an example, but the same thing applies to all STM32 Cube packages.
