Hello I want select inbuilt USB Microcontroller with Support HID, Cost of Minimum Quantity, Product life cycle, Availability and lead time, Also alternative part number. So I hope you will be give me some response on this. 

One of the Part number has i selected the part number of that MCU is STM32L151C6T6 . So suggest any other part number or this is best and if it is best then me gives above details like HID etc.

Most chips have USB capabilities and can support HID. All chips have a 10-year guarantee, though later families will presumably be supported for longer. There is no "best". Current availability and lead time is fairly awful for everything.
