Help, uVision crashes whenever downloading to board

Hi all, I have to use uVision for a uni assignment with arm compiler 5, I have a stm32F030F4P6 board I'm trying to use, we've been given project files and I've been able to get them building fine by downloading the compiler and relevant MDK packs but now the program just crashes whenever I try to download the build to the board. What should I do now?

Keil C path: MDK-5.38a

Please help me!!!
