How to interface STM32f767zit6 with ethernet rotary encoder using ethernet communication?

Hello, I wanted to interface and get the readings from ethernet/IP encoder from Fraba with stm32767zit6. Is there any way to communicate it stm32f767zit6 and get the data from the encoder.

PS- Below is the datasheet of the absolute rotary encoder which I am using.

What board do you have, you mention a chip, do you have the NUCLEO board, or something else?

E​xpect to have to read the specifications and implement a TCP/IP protocol stack so you can send / receive packets
