How to programming EWB-Sterling(contains STM32F4X MCU) with FT4232HL in JTAG mode ?

I designed a custom board with FT4232 and EWB-STERLING MODULE.

the module contains stm32f4x MCU, I struggled how to programming the MCU with OpenOCD and JTAG with (FT4232H

I try to help with LAIRD but no one knows how to help me and refers me to ST.

please help me I don't know how to proceed, I found something about programming but it is only the ESP32 chip.
