How to read 1Mb file in fatfs

i am reading 1MB file in stm32h750 using f-Read function in fatfs,c file for the USB Stick implementation but its only read 50Kb file not more than so i want to read 1MB file what should i Do read 1mB file in fatfs using USB stick Or USB HOST functionality implementation.
