Is it possible to configure/change boot0 by software, so that my application will run by default?

I have stm32f427vit6.

We would like to configure boot0, so that our application should run by default.

Is it possible to change boot0 configuration by software and not by hardware?

On some families this is possible with option bytes, but not with the STM32F4 series.
