Is there any example for Azure USBX driving USB-to-LAN stick as usb host?

I want to connect usb-lan stick to stm board over USB-ECM or Asix. The stm board is configured as usb-host.

From one side, we don't have USB Host ECM example or stack.

On the other side, generally these sticks require vendor drivers and do not work as generic ECM devices.
