Hi Team,

Where can I find the driver's files related to BLE module for BlueNRG-M2SA?

we are using STM32L475RGT6 MCU to communicate wirelessly using the mentioned Bluetooth module.

If you're using CubeIDE, you can install the X-Cube-BLE2 Package which includes examples that drive the Module

or you can download the package manually from here.
