MDC / MDIO Read Write Failure

Hi All

             I designed the hardware using the STM32H753VIT6 and the 3-port Ethernet switch KSZ9893RNXI. The STM32 is configured and can communicate with the external world via Ethernet. However, I'm unable to read or write to the switch register using the MDC/MDIO interface with the HAL functions HAL_ETH_ReadPHYRegister and HAL_ETH_WritePHYRegister.
