Measuring problem

Hello,

I have a problem with my code, I have a 1PPS signal from a GPS on a PB0 input,

I want to measure a 10.00Mhz signal on the PC0 input.

I have a uart4 tio display the result.

My problem is that the result is always zero on my screen "Frequency 0.00 Hz"

I don't understand why.

can someone help me ?
