Not getting any data from GNSS-1A using Nucleo STM32F401RE Board.

I use the STM32F401re with GNSS 1A1 module and the sample code from the following GitHub. However, I. However, I cannot read any location from the device and all the tracking seems to be stop. Even I follow the standard procedure of the manual to use the software by official, the reading is still zero. I was wondering is it a broken products or not? So I use another independent GNSS module, the result. For the moment, I couldn't identify the problem. Do you have other customers having the same problem? Or is there any way you can help me?
