Performance of the AzureRTOS TCP sockets is mixed - I see high socket connection losses when running this TCP socket connect loop code. Do you have any suggestions to improve the socket handling of this code?

Attached is the test code for the tcp socket loop test. I have seen very high failures up to 26 failures out of 40 tcp socket create/connect attempts.
