Running freertos on stm32F407

i can not create a simple project on stm32F407 that blink leds with the use of freertos

I think there are many tutorials that should show you how to setup such a blinking led project (such as this one that is not an official ST Tutorial). Also, there are many GitHub codes and tutorials to do that (such as this one that is not an ST official document).
