SMT32F767 nucleo example project, LWIP not work

I generated a LwIP_HTTP_Server_Netconn_RTOS example project using CUBEMX(with latest 1.17.2 pack), after modify some code, the project work well on my STM32F767IGT board.

In order to further develop, I create a new empty project, copy and add the C/C++/s files. and found that FREERTOS have started, but lwip not work, I can not ping device successfully.

I have checked the new project, all source code are same with example project. is there any suggestions?

work well after modify sct file, so close this thread.
