The ST MIcro website offers this free tool link but when I download it, its appears to be resticted as a trial use.
I followed the instructions and there was a link on the download page that gets installed, simple and good for a year.

ST-WDS is a Power Supply Design Tool for use with the STM32. It is not our official product but a third party product.
