STEVAL-IDP004V1 Sensor LED Not blinking at startup

First when we connect our STEVAL-IDP004V1 to the 28V DC supply the LEDs Grouped together near to RS-485 connector not blinked even at startup and remains off.

The Second when we connect STEVAL-IDP004V1 to the STEVAL-IDP005V1 and connect the master board to pc via USB the STEVAL-IDP005V1 start over heating. and the pc only show the flash of neucleo board.

Please address our matter.
