STM32 Audio Capture

Im using the B-U585I-IOT2A board. I want to have continuous audio capture and preprocess the audio into melspectrograms for input into a sound detection model. Im having trouble setting up the microphone. Is it the MDF1 setting in the peripherals? Im not sure how to do it
