Stm32 hid touch

Hi, I'm struggling converting hid mouse to hid touch controller. I'm using discover board stm32f411. There are 2 problems that I'm struggling are

1. My code only sending 4 bytes of data to host

2. The maxim x,y data only 127

Can anyone help me?
