STM32746g Dfiscovery BSP audio driver - 24/32bit samples?

Hi all,

I am working on a SDR using a STM32746G discovery board and everything seems to work nice and dandy when using the default BSP audio driver which is configured for 16-bit samples. I would like to take advantage of the 24-bit that the WM8994 offers and I wonder what things do I need to adapt in order to make that happen.

The WM8994 configuration I already handled, setting AIF1 Digital Audio Interface Word Length to either 24 or 32 bit but I am lost as to what exactly I need to change further in the BSP drivers in order to make 24/32-bit work.

Could anyone provide some information? I looked all over the internet but did not find an example for this.

Thank you,

Adrian
