I have seen mention of STM32Cube_FW_N6_V1.3.0 being released soon, and including important fixes to demos. Is there an expected released date?

Expected released dates about any official repository cannot be provided on ST Community. You can visit STM32CubeN6. It is expected to be available with CubeMX next release!

STM32CubeN6 V1.3.0 has already been released. However, it may not appear in the dropdown list due to an issue.
To download it, you can go to STM32CubeN6 | Product - STMicroelectronics and clic Get latest.
