STM32F105RB USB MSC unable to enumerate USBH_Get_DevDesc always fail

Hi There,

I am working on Mass Storage Class Host implementation using Stm32F105RB controller. I have designed a custom board.

I am facing a issue. After connecting USB drive, enumerate operation fails (Function USBH_Get_DevDesc call always fail). I am unable to identify the issue (hardware / software). I am attaching following :

1. CubeMXReport
2. Schematics
3. DSO Screen on DP & DM
4. DSO showing crystal is working at 8MHZ

Can anyone please help.
