STM32F107RCT6 poe solution over RMII

for the STM32F107RCT6 I am searching for a ready POE (power over ethernet) solution via RMII. It would be great to get suggestions for ready schematics including all necessary components

I'd love it if others showed up and did my job too...

Seriously, look at the designs for a couple of the F7 and H7 DISCO boards which implement PoE (schematics/BOMs online)

Better might be to find PoE solution vendors with new/current designs (getting more popular, deployed, low BOM count/cost) and graft their reference designs into you PHY topology, or get their FAE to sketch out or propose a solution.

The F107 is very old, this might constrain some of your choices. ie workable PHY, still in production
