STM32H7 HAL library release notes are 0.1 off?

The latest section in the Release notes html in version 1.7 is numbered 1.8 and has release date 14 Feb. 2020. Version 1.7 there has release date 06 december 2019. Looks like these versions are 0.1 up. The latest release is 1.7 and it should have date around end of Feb. (?)

In STM32Cube_FW_H7_V1.7.0/Release_Notes.html, I don't see such misalignment.

Where 1.8 version is mentioned?

I apologize, this indeed is not in the released 1.7.0 package. Maybe my version is a preview.

(still in the 1.6 release notes it mentions 1.7)
