Translation:

When the Ethernet PHY chip is set to 100M full-duplex auto-negotiation and connected to a gigabit switch, the network ping fails, but it works normally when connected to a 100M switch. P1 connects to the gigabit switch phy register. P2 connects to the 100M switch register. P3 master control key register.

It appears that the auto-negotiation is failing to establish the correct connection despite being enabled on both sides, on the LAN8720 and the switch.

To better understand and resolve your problem, could you please provide us with more information about your switches, specifically their reference and whether they are manageable or not? This will help us identify any configuration settings that might need adjustment to improve compatibility.
