(stm32h732) usb audio device, data transfer.(DataIn)

I need to transmit data over usb with minimum 1 Mb/s from device to host, I configured my mcu (stm32h732zg) as an audio device to get a large packet transfer.the function that transfer the data USBD_AUDIO_DataIn is empty. and USBD_CtlSendData i'm using cause the usb descriptor request failed.
