STM32L4 UL safety Flash memory complete check sum self test failed, checksum is not generating in the Atollic IDE please help me

i am working on STM32L4 STL Safety Libraries checking FLASH CRC using Atollic true studio , Here the IDE not generating checksum please suggest me what are configuration need to in the IDE, how to verify flash test ?
