After enable ADC in Cubemx, it is better if HAL_PWREx_EnableVddA() added automatically.

This issue is fixed in the last version of the STM32CubeIDE.

So, to solve the issue, could you please download the STM32cubeIDE 1.13.0 version.

Could you please precise the STM32U5 product you are using? STM32U575, STM32U595...?

Which STM32CubeMX version are you using? Are you using the last version: STM32CubeMX 6.8.1?

I am using STM32U575 and I CUBEIDE 1.12.1
