The LED screen on the BL4622ECell1 that I bought has stopped working, WHY?

The BL462ECELL1 that I bought, I have been working on it for the last 5 days. I was wandering around in search of the answer for how to get the module sim registered as the registration past was getting denied over and over again. I have already activated the sim, but I am now struggling with the registration process and the turned-off LED screen on the module,

I seek desperate help from the ST team.

Please can you provide a complete log, start from the device startup just to understand the overall behaviour. In fact, based on what you share, it looks that the device did not find any network.

please record the log from the terminal and share it for further analysis.

I am facing the same issue with the BL462 CELL1 Board. The OLED suddenly turned off after being registered with an esim and running an example code provided by X-CUBE CELLULAR.  And it's not been working since then. 

 

Immediate help from Pchau.1 or ST team would be greatly appreciated.
