Unable to order free NUCLEO-H723ZG board

Hi, trying to order the free NUCLEO-H723ZG board with the code that was provided.

After applying the code for the first time the order page asks to login with my username.

I did that to complete the order, but then it's impossible to apply the code, as if it was already used.

What should I do now?
