USB Composite CDC not working on macOS 10.14

Hello,

I recently developed a USB Composite HID+CDC application for STM32F072B MCUs.

Now I am evaluating my application on several Operating Systems.

Both HID and CDC work great on Windows 7 (32/64 bit), Windows 10 (Home/Pro) and Ubuntu.

I am having troubles getting the things work on macOS 10.14.

HID seems working fine, but I do not see any /dev/tty nor /dev/cu showing up when I connect my device to the USB port.

Do Apple devices need special attention?
