USB_HS_PHYC_PLL and 32 MHz

Hello,

STM32F723 reference manual and header file stm32f723xx.h only define PLL values for 12, 12.5, 16, 24 and 25 MHz. stm32f7xx_ll_usb.c however also sets a value for 32 MHz.

Do reference manual and header miss the 32 MHz value or is the low level file wrong?
