USB MSC not showing the file contain in it, though it has file.

we have done project on stm32h743, having USB MSC. i have tested 5 board out if which three board showing file in Fatfs Using USB MSC and remaining are not showing anything though it it has file in it. I don't know how come this happening.

what is the possibility of bug in my code, please guide me.

Is the file on external medium (usb stick, SD card)? the boards are custom?

Try to debug, sometimes it helps.

the file is on external flash w25q128jv and the board are custom.

debug many time, but no use.

If the boards are custom, there is a chance that some boards are defective. Can you get more boards to test ?
