You need to check with your FAE or be in contact with your local ST sales office or distributor.

This is already what you get when going to X-CUBE-STL on ST web page.

Find an *ST* sales office near you, or responsible for your region, and call/email them. Find the ST reps in your area covering the STM32, like the ones who do local training. Find them on LinkedIn if need be.

Large distributors are next to useless these days, and pretty much no-one is going to be interested in small customers or students.
