Why doesn't any of the examples work with the STM32F746 DISCO board?

There are several examples available in the repo. None of them work even though they are designed to work with the STM32F746 DISCO board. I use IAR to flash the board. Any suggestion?

No problems with examples in the repo.

Please use the latest version of the Cube_FW :
