There is a wrong comment in AN2606 (Rev 42) in Table 130 for STM32L552 and CAN Bootloader

The Comment for FDCAN bootloader tells:

USB FS configured in forced device

mode.

USB FS interrupt vector is enabled and

used for USB DFU communications.

Note: VDDUSB IO must be connected to

3.3V for USB to be operational.

I assume that this is however the comment related to DFU bootloader.

Instead there should be a definition for the CAN Bitrate (as in all the other comments for CAN bootloader) like this:

Once initialized the CAN1 configuration

is:

Baudrate 125 kbps, 11 -bit identifier.

I assume the CAN Bootloader for teh STM32L552 is using the same configuration as this is what we want to use together with STLINK-V3Set now.
