To which models does this document apply https://www.st.com/content/ccc/resource/training/technical/product_training/group0/0f/de/60/a5/80/9f/48/dc/STM32H7-Analog-OPAMP_OPAMP/files/STM32H7-Analog-OPAMP_OPAMP.pdf/_jcr_content/translations/en.STM32H7-Analog-OPAMP_OPAMP.pdf? Do any MCUs of the STM32H7R3/S3 series have the built-in opamps? Any information on this subject except this AN?

Hello,

First, that document is not an application note but it's just a presentation.

Second, you need to refer to the datasheet of the product especially the table: " features and peripheral counts" that allows you to find which feature is available or not.

Unfortunately STM32H7R3/S3 series don't have the built-in opamps.

Refer to the product datasheet Table 3. STM32H7Rxx8 features and peripheral counts

Contrarily to STM32H743 (datasheet/same table):

Hope I've answered your question.
