Is there a "Definitive Guide to ARM Cortex M7" book?

Is there a book about Cortex M7 like Yiu J. The Definitive Guide to ARM Cortex M3 and Cortex M4 Processors ?

If you have the existing Yiu books, surely the CM7 TRM ​would complete the circle. Beyond that architecture texts would cover underlying concepts at play.

It's been 9 years of waiting for Joseph Yiu's book on the Cortex-M7 or an update of the book on the Cortex-M4 to be released.

According to his own words, the Cortex-M7 has many similarities with the Cortex-M4, so we'll have to rely on ST's guides on the STM32 that are Cortex-M7.

It would be very interesting to see the release of a book about the Cortex-M85 and Cortex-M55 processors, as they offer some very interesting new features.

Perhaps you should suggest that in the ARM forums...

As previously noted, Joseph Yiu contributes there.

I spoke with Joseph Yu, and he himself has no intention of releasing any more books in the "The Definitive Guide..." series. He says the Cortex-M7 is very similar to the Cortex-M4, but I haven't been able to get information about the others. I believe that if the initiative comes from a company like ST, as Texas Instruments did with the Cortex-M3 from the Stellaris line, a new series of books with a bottom-up approach could emerge. At least with the Cortex-M55.

Not yet unfortunately. Only the reference manual looks seems to be the last resort.
