Status of USART, SPI and CAN in ST bootloader for STM32L4 ?

New question split from this post.

One additinal request: When checking if bootloader pin configuration has an impact on the real application it would be helpful to know the default level for output pins, like

• does the UART_TX pin drive active high or low?
• does the boot loader drive the SPI MISO output pin HI, LO or Z?
• is the CAN_TX pin drven HI or LOW?
