标准时间(标准时间)的标签产地和芯片产地不一样,请问这个是否正常

Translation:

The label on this device (Standard Time Clock) indicates different countries of origin for the product and the chip. Is this normal?

请问  ST的芯片和标签,产地不一样,请问正确吗

Is it correct that the origin of the chip is written as China and the label packaging is written as France?

Typically, chips (like many other products) are manufactured in a number of places; eg,

  • Wafers are processed in one place
  • Chips are packaged in another
  • etc ...
A complex system that works is invariably found to have evolved from a simple system that worked.A complex system designed from scratch never works and cannot be patched up to make it work.

What device?

Please show a good, clear photo of the label.
